1. Promoter

The Promoter is Zeffer Brewing Limited, 1747 Korokipo Road, Fernhill, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.

2. Promotion Overview

The promotion is an in-store consumer competition offering customers the chance to win one (1) of eight (8) The Sun People Co “L’Ombra” Sun Tents (Limoncello colour) by making a qualifying purchase from participating liquor stores.

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 9:00am on 9 February 2026 until 11:59pm on 8 March 2026.

The prize draw will take place on 13 March 2026, and winners will be contacted by 20 March 2026.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open only to individuals who:

- Are 18 years or older at the time of entry

- Are New Zealand residents

- Have made a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period

Employees of the Promoter, store owners, store managers, store employees, and agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. Responsible Alcohol Promotion

This promotion is not designed to encourage excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption and complies with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and the Advertising Standards Code for Alcohol.

6. How to Enter

Purchase any Zeffer Spritz 4.4% 6 x 330ml pack from a participating store during the Promotion Period and complete the online entry form via the QR code displayed in-store.

 7. Prize Details

There are eight (8) prizes available. Each prize is one (1) The Sun People Co L’Ombra Sun Tent valued at approximately NZD $399.00 RRP.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

8. Prize Draw and Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries. Proof of purchase and proof of age may be required.

9. Prize Fulfilment

Prizes will be couriered to a New Zealand address only. The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the promotion in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

11. Promoter Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify invalid entrants, and amend or cancel the promotion if required.
