TERMS OF SERVICE
It’s illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. It’s also illegal for you to buy alcohol if you’re under the age of 18, even if you’re buying as a gift for someone else.
It’s illegal for you to falsely declare your age if you are under the age of 18 in order to buy alcohol from us. Only persons over the age of 18 are able to sign and receive orders from us. This is in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and Aramex’s own Alcohol delivery policy.
By submitting an order with us and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you’re confirming that you’re over the age of 18 and legally allowed to buy alcohol in New Zealand.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ONLINE PURCHASE AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED?
Zeffer uses Aramex to courier online orders. They deliver on standard working days (Monday to Friday). If you’re not there when the driver makes the delivery he or she will leave a calling card for you. Follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or to collect your Zeffer from their depot if you’d prefer.
When placing your order you can leave instructions for the driver to leave the order in a safe place – just use the “Delivery Instructions” box at the checkout. We’re however not insured if the order goes missing after you have given authority to leave.

SHIPPING RATES
We charge a flat shipping rate per case/24 pack ordered.
If you purchase multiple cases in a single order, shipping will be charged for each case.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total number of cases in your order.
$1 SHIPPING PROMOTION
$1 shipping applies only to full-priced case orders, defined as 4 × 6-packs
or 6 x 4-packs.
$1 shipping also applies to mixed cases as long there’s a minimum of 6 x 4
packs or 6 x 4 packs in the order.
Offer valid from now until 30 November 2025.
The $1 rate is charged per case. Each case in an order will incur a separate $1 shipping fee.
Offer applies to North Island and South Island delivery addresses within New Zealand.
A $10 rural delivery surcharge per case applies to all rural addresses.
Additional shipping charges apply to off-island locations, including (but not limited to) Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, and Stewart Island.
Sale items are excluded from this offer.
Zeffer reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.
DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver to residential and business addresses within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or addresses outside of New Zealand.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times vary based on location:
Within Island: Overnight
Between the North & South Island: 2-3 days
For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 days
AGE VERIFICARION
As our products contain alcohol, deliveries must be accepted by someone 18 years or older. Our couriers may request ID upon delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email/contact form link], and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
NON-DELIVERY
If delivery is unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, your order may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.
RETURNS POLICY
If our cider is in any way damaged or missing in transit or if there are any issues with the cider itself, we’ll replace it or refund you money. Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
INSURANCE & COVERAGE
All of the goods we send are insured up to the point of delivery. We’re not covered for any goods that are damaged or stolen after being delivered.
OUT OF STOCKS
In the unlikely event we’re out of stock of a product you’ve bought we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You can decide whether you want your money back on that product, a replacement or wait until its back in stock.
