Tuna Crudo

Try this ultimate light summer snack created by @miss_pollys_kicthen : Tuna Crudo. 

It's the perfect match for our refreshing Hazy Alcoholic Lemonade with Pineapple.

Tuna Crudo

Ingredients

Dressing:

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

 

12 thin slices of Lebanese cucumber

200g sashimi grade tuna - sliced into 12 pieces

Coriander sprigs

Sliced red chilli

Method

Whisk the dressing together.  Season with salt and pepper.

Fold in the cucumbers. Set aside.

Slice the tuna into 12 pieces.

Place the tuna onto a serving plate.

Place 1 piece of cucumber onto a piece of tuna, then pour over the dressing.

Garnish with a coriander leaf & a slice of chilli on top of each.

Serves 3 - 4 as a starter.
